Owner
Michael’s family history in general contracting
dates back to Dublin Castle, Ireland 1880. Michael is
a hands on owner involving himself in each project.
His expertise in coordinating consultants and trades
to insure projects are within budget and schedule is
well established in each facility HP Construction is
involved with. He has proven himself repeatedly in the
health care industry where time constraints, conduct,
safety, and scheduling are critical.
  
Stephen Cooper
Project Executive
Stephen has served in the construction industry
in the capacity of project manager or project executive
for over 30 years. Stephen has successfully completed
over 250 million in projects through Rhode Island, CT.,
New York City, and South Florida. Most notable projects
to include 46 million dollar Marriott Hotel New Port,
Rhode Island and over 1 million square feet of office,
retail and multi-family construction in South Florida.

with over 28 years ‘experience in all projects phases
including design development, documentation, final plans
review, maintenance and operation. Proficient in life
safety compliance according to various state regulatory
agencies. Demonstrated success in completing complex
construction projects on time, under budgets and with

management skills, broad technical expertise, and excellent
business sense. Well-honed ability to assess processes,
identifies areas for improvement, and implements powerful
